Consulting brings an outside, objective, expert eye into the situation. Jack Nicholas still takes golf lessons because he realizes he can't see himself accurately, and he doesn't know all there is about golf. 

Consulting can unclog old patterns, bridge communication gaps, prevent and manage effectively traumatic events, harmonize differences in leadership styles, and create more efficient work groups. Consulting is effective in the following areas:

  • Conflict resolution - individual or between specific employees

  • Team building

  • Crisis management (workplace violence, employee injury on the job, sexual harassment incidents, etc.)

  • Crisis prevention (workplace violence, sexual harassment, rumor control, etc.

  • Corporate cultural 'epidemics' such as Sick-Building Syndrome

  • Employee satisfaction surveys

  • "What's Wrong?" organizational survey

TRAVEL DETAILS

Some consulting can be done via telephone, but most require travel to your location. Travel is not included in the fee, and can be booked by your company's travel department, or can be taken care of through our offices. 

Fees during travel are for the half-day travel to and from location, and the consulting hours involved,
