Success comes from knowing where you are, where you want to go, and how to get there. Simple; but few achieve success in major areas of their lives. Executive Coaching is designed to give you a jump start toward your success. An outside expert observing your performance in management, interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, project management, etc. can help you see strengths and struggles you can't see yourself.

Coaching is not therapy. You start from today, and move forward -- there is little exploring the psychological past, except where it identifies current patterns holding you back. Executive Coaching is more directive than therapy, time-limited, and builds momentum through creative initiatives you and your Coach come up with for your unique situation.

STRUCTURE

Six-Month Program:

  • Four-hour Initial Consultation via phone or if working with a team, on site. See travel details. Four hours is divided into two sessions each two hours, no more than 5 days apart.

  • Weekly one-hour telephone coaching sessions for the first two months. For teams, all members participate via conference call.

  • Bi-weekly one-hour telephone coaching sessions for the next four months. Can be structured as a 30 minute telephone session once a week if appropriate.

  • Two one-hour telephone consults if necessary with strategic people (i.e.: colleagues, subordinates, etc.), scheduled when appropriate.

  • One-hour summary close telephone conversation, or if working with a team, on site. See travel details.

TRAVEL DETAILS

Individual Coaching works well via telephone, but coaching groups requires the entire team being in one room for the initial consultation. Travel is not included in the fee, and can be booked by your company's travel department, or can be taken care of through our offices. 

In appreciation for scheduling an entire team into one four-hour meeting, the Initial Consultation can be divided into two meetings on two separate day, allowing for only one overnight lodging.
